Privacy Policy — Seep Royale

1. Information we handle

• Guest identity. When you first open the game we create an anonymous player ID and a random display name (e.g. Guest12345). This lets us save your coins, level and progress. No name, email or phone number is required to play.
• Optional Google Sign-In. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile name and email address to link your account across devices. We never see or store your Google password.
• Gameplay data. Coins, diamonds, level/XP, match results, leaderboard standing, friends list and items you own in the in-game store.
• Display name you set. If you change your display name, that name is stored and shown to other players (e.g. on the leaderboard).
• Advertising identifier. The game shows optional rewarded video ads (you choose to watch one in exchange for coins). To serve and measure those ads, Google AdMob collects your device's Android advertising ID (AAID) along with basic device and ad-interaction data. We never receive your AAID ourselves.

We do not collect your real-world location, contacts, photos, SMS, or any sensitive personal information.

2. How we use it

• To run the game: matchmaking, saving progress, leaderboards and friends.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent cheating/abuse.
• To operate the in-game economy (virtual coins and diamonds).

3. Virtual currency & purchases

Coins and diamonds are virtual in-game currency with no real-world cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. If in-app purchases are offered in the future, payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card details.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared only with service providers that help us run the game (for example, hosting and, where used, Google Play services and analytics/ads), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

5. Advertising

The game shows rewarded video ads, which are always optional — you only see one when you choose to watch it in exchange for in-game coins. There are no forced or pop-up ads.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. To deliver, cap and measure them, AdMob processes your device's Android advertising ID (AAID), coarse device information and ad-interaction events. This data is handled by Google as an independent advertising partner under Google's privacy & terms for partner sites; see also how AdMob uses data.

You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Doing so does not stop you from earning rewards — you will simply see less relevant ads.

6. Children

The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Account & data deletion

Your progress is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, in two ways:

• In the app: open Seep Royale → Profile / Account → Delete Account.
• From the web: visit our Delete Your Account page and submit a request.

Deletion permanently removes your profile, login, coin and diamond balances, level, rank, statistics, cosmetics, rewards, mail and friends data. In-app deletions are immediate; web requests are actioned within 7 days. Records required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes (such as records of real-money purchases) may be retained as required by law.

8. Security

Passwords (for accounts that use them) are stored only in salted, hashed form. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) in production.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
