Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Seep Royale account and all of the data tied to it at any time. Here's exactly how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open Seep Royale on your device.
- Go to your Profile / Account screen.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are erased immediately and you're signed out.
Option 2 — Request from here
Can't access the app? Fill in the form below and we'll delete your account for you. To help us find the right account, include your in-game name, login username, or friend code.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all data associated with it, including:
- Your profile and login (guest, username/password, or Google sign-in)
- Coin and diamond balances
- Level, XP, rank and match statistics
- Owned and equipped cosmetics (decks, avatars, emotes, chat packs)
- Daily rewards, spin, achievement and mail records
- Your friends list and friend code (and your removal from others' lists)
How long it takes: in-app deletions are immediate. Requests sent through the form above are actioned within 7 days. Records required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes (such as records of any real-money purchases) may be retained as required by law.
