Child Safety Standards
Seep Royale is committed to protecting children and to keeping our community free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behaviour that endangers minors, and we act quickly and decisively against it.
Our commitment
We prohibit, and work actively to prevent, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation on Seep Royale. This standard applies to every player, on every platform where the game is available, and reflects our obligations under Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.
Who Seep Royale is for
Seep Royale is intended for a general, teen-and-older audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or play. Our Play Store listing, age rating, and target-audience settings reflect this.
How we reduce risk inside the game
- No free-form messaging. Players cannot send free-text messages, private direct messages, photos, videos, or links to one another. In-game communication is limited to a fixed set of pre-written "quick chat" phrases and emojis that we provide — there is no way to type an arbitrary message to another player.
- Mute. During a match, a player can mute any other player so they no longer see that player's messages.
- Report. Players and members of the public can report concerns to us at any time (see below), and we review those reports promptly.
- No exchange of personal information is required or facilitated between players.
Reporting abuse or CSAE
If you encounter any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child — on Seep Royale or anywhere else — please report it to us immediately at support@seeproyale.com. Include as much detail as you safely can, such as the player's name, the approximate time, and a description of what happened. We treat these reports as our highest priority.
We also encourage you to report child sexual abuse material directly to the authorities. In the United States you can contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via report.cybertip.org. In other countries, please contact your local law-enforcement or child-protection hotline.
How we respond
- We review every child-safety report we receive as a priority.
- We remove offending content and take action against the accounts involved, up to and including a permanent ban.
- Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, we act in accordance with applicable law, which may include preserving relevant information and reporting to NCMEC or the appropriate authorities in the relevant jurisdiction.
Point of contact
Our designated child-safety point of contact is support@seeproyale.com. We aim to acknowledge child-safety reports quickly and to act without delay.
Ongoing responsibility
Keeping children safe is not a one-time task. We review these standards regularly, strengthen our safeguards as the game grows, and comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and all applicable laws in the regions where Seep Royale is available.
